Exclusive Exotic X Return/Refund Policy

Exclusive Exotic X products policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

 Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or a shipping error.

25% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Condition:  The item must be in its original packaging and mint condition.     You can not return items after installation or attempt of building.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspect within 1 Day:  You must inspect all items for damage within one day of receipt. We must receive written notification of any damage within two days, including a description of the damage and images of the damaged product and outer box.

Products that had been installed, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.

Damage Policy

 We carefully package all products before we ship them to you to help ensure that you receive the products in excellent condition. Upon receipt, please scrutinize(inspect) the package. For large products shipped by LTL (less than truckload) freight, please carefully examine the product before signing off on the product and releasing the driver.

 For damaged products received by parcel shipment (UPS, FedEx), please get in touch with Exclusive Exotic X within 3 business days to arrange for a return or exchange. If you found damages for products shipped by LTL freight, please refuse the shipment by noting the damage on the Delivery Form (POD) and ask the driver to take it back. Refunds (if applicable)

A shipping label and return authorization code will be sent to your email if approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and we will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 days..

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. Before your refund post to your account, it may take some time, but if not next is to contact your bank. Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email Info@exclusiveexoticx.com  or call (888) 859-1602.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email Info@exclusiveexoticx.com  to obtain further information. 

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
